Bathroom Remodel

This is a full bathroom remodel we completed along with other projects for a family in Lafayette, CO. The bathroom tile, vanity, glass door, layout selections, etc. were all done by the homeowner. We simply executed the project.

Wall tile was 2x4 large format tile. These tiles were textured/grooved which made precise alignment very important. We started on the second row of tiles with a 2x4 used as a ledger in order to set level and not fuss with scribing the lower tiles until we had most everything in place. It is difficult to see in the photos but the niche (cubby) is sloped on the top, bottom, and center shelf to shed water properly. Shower pan was custom poured with a liner.
