Do you only work in Olde Town, or all over Arvada?
All over Arvada. My shop is in Arvada, so I work everywhere from the older homes near Olde Town to newer neighborhoods like Candelas and Leyden Rock.
Can you match the original trim in my older Arvada home?
Usually, yes. If a stock profile is close, I'll use it. If not, I can build up a match from multiple pieces or have a custom profile run so new trim blends with what's already there.
My house was built before 1978. Does that matter for trim replacement?
It can. Removing old painted trim in a pre-1978 home may disturb lead paint, so the work has to follow lead-safe practices.
How soon can you start?
Usually within 2–4 weeks of an approved estimate. Since I'm local, small jobs and quick repairs can often fit in sooner.
