Trim work that respects Denver's older homes
I work all over Denver, with most of my residential jobs in the northwest neighborhoods closest to my Arvada shop: the Highlands, Berkeley, Sloan's Lake, Regis, and West Highland. I also take projects in Park Hill, Washington Park, and beyond.
Denver's older neighborhoods are full of bungalows, Denver Squares, Tudors, and Victorians, and those houses deserve trim that respects them. That often means matching or reproducing original casing and base profiles, working with plaster walls that aren't flat, and building custom pieces where off-the-shelf moldings won't fit. Pop-tops, scrapes, and new infill builds bring the opposite challenge: modern, clean-lined interiors where precise reveals and tight miters are what stand out.
Besides direct homeowner work, I do subcontract finish carpentry for Denver-area general contractors on remodels and additions.

Questions from Denver homeowners
Which Denver neighborhoods do you work in?
I work all over Denver, mostly in northwest neighborhoods near my Arvada shop, like the Highlands, Berkeley, Sloan's Lake, and Regis. I also take projects in Park Hill, Washington Park, and beyond.
Can you match the original trim in my Denver Square or bungalow?
Usually, yes. Older Denver homes often have wide casing, picture rail, and tall baseboard. I can match those profiles, or reproduce them, so repairs and additions blend in with the original woodwork.
Do you work with general contractors on remodels and additions?
Yes. About half my work is subcontract finish carpentry for Denver-area general contractors. If you're working with a GC, they can bring me in for the trim and doors.
