Built-ins and trim upgrades for Broomfield homes
Broomfield has everything from the original 1950s neighborhoods of Broomfield Heights to newer communities like Anthem, the Broadlands, and the areas around Interlocken. Most of my work here falls into two camps: upgrading older homes, and customizing newer ones.
In newer Broomfield homes, the most common requests are built-ins and storage. That means entertainment walls with flanking cabinets, home office shelving, mudroom drop zones, and closet systems that replace builder wire shelving. I also do a lot of trim upgrades: taller baseboard, thicker casing, and crown in the main living areas to give open floor plans some definition.
In older homes, it's often full trim replacement, interior door swaps, and repairs where previous remodels left mismatched profiles.

Questions from Broomfield homeowners
Can you add built-ins to a newer home?
Yes. Newer Broomfield homes often have open floor plans and plain walls, which make good spots for entertainment walls, home office shelving, and window seats.
Will built-ins look like they came with the house?
That's the goal. I scribe built-ins to your walls and floors, match your existing trim and paint, and finish them so they look like they were part of the original design.
Can you upgrade builder-grade trim without a full remodel?
Yes. Replacing baseboard and casing, or adding crown in main living areas, can be done room by room with minimal disruption.
Do you work in HOA neighborhoods?
Yes. Interior trim and built-ins generally don't need HOA approval, but if any part of your project affects the exterior, check with your HOA before we start.
